Shreya Srivastava is the Head – Finance & Lending Operations at Lakshay Capital. With a strong foundation in the financial services sector and diversified managerial experience, she brings valuable expertise and operational excellence to our growing organization.
She has 3.5 years of experience in the Banking & Microfinance Institution (MFI) sector, where she gained hands-on exposure to financial inclusion, lending processes, customer relationship management, and credit-oriented operations.
Additionally, she has 2 years of experience in the Education sector in a managerial role, contributing significantly to process optimization, team coordination, operational efficiency, and business execution. Her experience in managing teams and streamlining operational processes has strengthened her leadership capabilities and strategic approach toward organizational growth.
